Our Success

At the forefront of our current digital thrust is account and information accessibility and ease of use for our members. In this regard, we recently implemented online access to members’ account balances, including the ability to carry out certain transactions online 24/7 through CUMME online.

We place special emphasis on customer service and aim to make it easier for our members to access their information and the services of the credit union as efficiently as possible. In addition, we strive to ensure that all members are confident knowing that they have multiple ways to conduct business.

We pride ourselves on striving towards digital transformation. We hope to one day be on the cutting edge of financial technology having established a digital presence. Members will now have access to loan calculators, FAQs, the ability to download and submit various forms online and we will publish all updates relevant to them.

Our members can keep up with current and upcoming loan promotions, services and credit union events and events of the wider credit union body in Trinidad and Tobago, the region and internationally. Our Facebook page will continue to be updated and showcase activities and opportunities afforded to members by the organization.

TGG Credit Union is proud to acknowledge and show appreciation to its most important stakeholders, the members, and we also give back through partnering with the wider community, notably in Belmont, where we have repainted school classrooms and donated in cash and in kind and sponsored individuals in need from various organizations. We believe it is important to be a beacon of hope and seek to partner with like-minded organizations to support the goals and dreams of our wider community.
